If you are a mom*, dad*, partner or family member experiencing mental health difficulties during the perinatal period, which includes the time before, during and after pregnancy, our helpline is here for you. If you are a friend or relative concerned about someone else, we can also support you. Our volunteers offer safe, confidential and non-judgmental listening. We answer questions, provide encouragement and connect you with local resources when needed.
