A dedicated peer support group for fathers* to connect, share experiences, and support one another through pregnancy, early parenting, and the challenges of raising children away from home.
This group is for mothers* who experience the world differently—whether through ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodivergence. Parenting is chaotic, and when you experience the world differently, it can feel even more overwhelming. Sensory overload, self-criticism, struggles with routines, and balancing your child's needs with your own can be incredibly challenging.
A supportive listening space for parents at any stage of the parenting journey seeking emotional support, mental health guidance, or information about PMADs and navigating care in Germany.
Talking about our challenges as a mother* is not easy and often frowned upon.
Not all motherhood* moments are surrounded by this beautiful glow as is portrayed in typical motherhood* imagery.
Come and exchange with a group of moms* just like you around the complex web of physical, emotional and psychological changes motherhood* brings to our lives.
We meet in-person every fourth Thursday of the month at 7.30pm in Einhorn Familienzentrum - Fredersdorfer Str. 10, 10243 Berlin

It’s hard being a mom, and being one abroad can make it that much more challenging, especially when there aren’t many moms you can talk to about how you’re really feeling, or when other moms can’t really relate to what you’re going through.
Imagine having an open, safe space for you and other foreign moms who are willing to share their experiences and honest feelings, as well as listen to yours.
Look no further than our 6 Week Mom-to-Mom Support Group for foreign moms living in Germany. Our next one is starting soon!
This next session will take place in English on Zoom every Thursday from 11:30-12:30 CET and goes from June 12th through July 17th.
Spots are limited so register now
