Monthly Mom*-to-Mom* Support Group

Expecting, or caring for a newborn or school-aged child? This group is for you!

About the group

This group is a warm, online drop-in space for expecting mothers*, mothers* with children from newborn to school age and caregivers living in Germany. A place to connect, share, and feel less alone wherever you are in your parenting journey. It is a safe space for immigrant, international, multicultural, or multilingual moms* living in Germany and being away from home. It offers a place to make connections, share experiences with other mothers*, and talk about parenting, migration, mental health, and more. The group also acts as a warmline for those struggling with mental health during the perinatal period (before, during, and after pregnancy), or for those concerned about someone else.

This group is facilitated by a rotating team of facilitators. As volunteers, we listen safely, confidentially, and without judgment, and can help connect you with professional support, local resources, and other relevant services.

We are very much looking forward to welcoming you.
