WARMLINE

DID YOU KNOW?

1 IN 5 MOMS* - 1 IN 10 DADS*

SUFFER FROM POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION & anxiety

As a mom*, sometimes you feel overwhelmed or not quite yourself. Heavy thoughts can make it hard to sleep at night, even with your baby close by and fast asleep. For you or those close to you, it can feel like this new normal will last forever.

Our warmline service can be your first touch point to talk with another mom* who has been there, who will listen, meet you where you are, and offer initial guidance for resources or support that will help you move from feeling stuck to having hope.

If you would like to schedule an initial call with one of our warmline facilitators, please fill out this form (hyperlink), and we will reach out to you within 48 hours to follow-up.

Please note that we do not handle medical emergencies. If you are concerned about a mental health crisis or suicidal thoughts, please visit our Emergency Crisis Resources Page for immediate guidance.

Warmline · One-on-One Support

Warmline Service

As a mom*, sometimes you feel overwhelmed or not quite yourself. Heavy thoughts can make it hard to sleep at night, even with your baby close by and fast asleep. For you or those close to you, it can feel like this new normal will last forever.

Our warmline service can be your first touch point to talk with another mom* who has been there, who will listen, meet you where you are, and offer initial guidance for resources, help you how to navigate the German Health System, and support that will help you move from feeling stuck to having hope.

If you would like to schedule an initial call with one of our warmline facilitators, please fill out the form below, and we will reach out to you within 48 hours to follow-up.

What the Warmline is

A listening ear

Talk with a trained volunteer who understands what you’re going through, she’s been there herself.

A first step

Not sure what kind of support you need? We can help you figure that out together and point you in the right direction.

A safe space

No judgement, no pressure. Just a warm conversation with someone who cares.

You might be experiencing a PMAD

Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) affect up to 1 in 5 mothers*, and 1 in 10 fathers*. They are more common than most people realise, and they are treatable. PMADs include postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and psychosis. They can appear during pregnancy or at any point in the first year after birth.

If something doesn’t feel right, trust that feeling. You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out. You don’t need to be in crisis. You just need to feel like something is off -- and that’s enough.

In a crisis right now?

The Warmline is not a crisis line. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact:
