A Safe Space for Mothers* Experiencing Peri/Menopause

From pregnancy through menopause, the hormonal shifts mothers* face can deeply affect mental health. Many in their 40s and 50s juggle their own symptoms while caring for teenagers or aging parents abroad, often feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or isolated. Symptoms like brain fog, joint pain, and exhaustion are common yet frequently misunderstood or overlooked.

Our peer-led in-person meetings offer a safe, supportive space to share openly with other immigrant mothers* who truly understand. Together, we explore topics like depression, anxiety, loneliness, and the physical challenges of peri/menopause — reminding each other that while this phase can be tough, we don’t have to face it alone.
